Booking conditions ;
upon booking , you are requested a 30 % downpayment with minimum of 1 night, non reimbursable
Balance of stay can be paid on site with credit card

The exclusive "Zenitude" can be booked from 3 days period, outside high season
Change of plan ?
the high season
> July 3rd till August 29th incl.
You may postpone your stay for any dates before end of the season, without any extra fee
more than 30 days prior to arrival , downpayment is not reimbursed,
less than 30 days prior to arrival, total stay is due.
Our bedrooms are strictly non-smoking.
Our real-estate is not accurate for personns with disabled facilities .
We do not accept animals.
